Live-in Care
Alicelyn Health Care 24-hour live-in care service, your healthcare assistant or live-in carer will move into your home with you to provide a bespoke care service, supporting you to remain independent in the comfort of your own home.
Whether you have complex care needs or just require some support in performing day-to-day home activities, our live-in care will provide you with services tailored to meet your needs.
Alicelyn Health Care live-in care provides you a flexible care service, accommodating your routine, daily meal preparation, cleaning, medication administration, and bespoke needs, as well as adapting to your changing circumstances.

End of Life Care
Our End of Life Care services will enable you to stay at your home instead of the hospital. End of life Carer will invest time in comforting you and assist the family during this difficult time.
Our compassionate and experienced Carers are here to take care of all your daily tasks, create a compassionate and positive environment for the whole family so that your beloved will be comfortable and in the best hands.
Caring for a loved one at the end of life can be emotionally challenging and physically exhausting. We will help care for your loved one and help around the house as well as provide the family with emotional and moral support.

Companionship
Companionship can have magnificent benefits to the mental and physical health and wellbeing of a person. Social interaction can be an important factor in preventing isolation and loneliness in the elderly.
We recognize the value of having a friendly and trusted visitor to talk to. Our home care support team goes above and beyond helping with daily activities. When it comes to companionship, our aim is always to put a smile on someone’s face.
Companionship can allow you to regain or enable your independence by getting out in the community and boosting your self-esteem.

Respite Care
Our respite home care may simply provide extra support as and when you need it. Respite care can be planned as a one-off or regular visit, to provide you with peace of mind.
We could arrange a one-off visit, or regular visits to give a Carer a break from their caring responsibilities. Alternatively, we can provide support as and when it is needed. It could be just for an hour or two, or it could be managed live-in care for several weeks. You may simply need companionship and security checks, or full support for someone with more complex care needs.
Regardless of the duration of the package or the level of care needed, our approach is based entirely on your usual routines. Our aim is always to make a temporary change in care services as easy for you as possible.
We also arrange, in advance, what level of communication with your family would like during our time with you. This is to ensure that they are kept well-informed and reassured. Our respite care services should always allow friends and family to relax in the knowledge that their loved one is in safe hands.
Night Support
Our carers will continue to ensure that you are taken care of as you sleep. We have certified professionals who provide quality care. From helping you or your loved one with toilet breaks, helping you change positions, or support with medication.

We at Alicelyn Health Care aim at providing care to our patients that is flexible, evidence-based, and centered on the needs and circumstances of an individual. Our services are bespoke and thus allowing you to freely guide us exactly how you would like us to be of service to you.
Our Process
This process shows all the steps from you initially making a call to us up to when a carer is assigned to you and how we will continue caring for you.
Stage 1
Get in touch
After you have signed in for the care or support services, our team will contact you by email or phone to request a meeting for your care needs assessment. They will share with you our brochure and any information you may require.
Stage 2
Care Assessment
Our Team will carry out a detailed assessment to create your care plan. Then, our team will deliver a tailor-made program to suit your care and support needs, as discussed in the assessment.
Stage 3
Carer Chosen and Care Starts
We will go through our Carer database and match you with a Carer who shares your likes, dislikes and interest. Once chosen, you will be introduced to the Carer. Care starts.
Stage 4
Monitoring and Evaluation
After you and your Carer have settled in, our Team will continuously check in regularly to make sure we are providing the best care for you.
